Tri-State Affordable Housing is organized and operated by William R. Metts, whose own journey through homelessness became the foundation for a mission built on compassion, integrity, and lived experience. Having personally faced the challenges of not having a stable place to call home, William understands the importance of dignity, safety, and belonging.
What began as one person’s vision has grown into a purpose-driven effort to make affordable, shared, and supportive housing accessible to those in need — giving individuals a real chance to rebuild their lives.
William takes pride in being more than a housing provider — he leads with heart and a deep commitment to people. His goal is simple: to create safe, stable homes where residents are not just housed, but valued, respected, and empowered to build a brighter future.
