🏠 Eligibility Criteria

  • To qualify for residency at Tri-State Affordable Housing, applicants must meet the following requirements:
  • Be 18 years of age or older
  • Be currently experiencing homelessness or at immediate risk of homelessness
  • Provide proof of income or benefits (e.g., SSI, SSDI, VA benefits, housing voucher, employment income) sufficient to cover housing costs
  • No pets are allowed at this time
  • Be physically and mentally capable of living independently without personal assistance
  • Demonstrate a genuine commitment to making positive, lasting life changes
  • Be able to live cooperatively in a shared living environment with minimal supervision

  • Anyone seeking a second chance and a stable place to call home
