🏠 Eligibility Criteria
- To qualify for residency at Tri-State Affordable Housing, applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Be 18 years of age or older
- Be currently experiencing homelessness or at immediate risk of homelessness
- Provide proof of income or benefits (e.g., SSI, SSDI, VA benefits, housing voucher, employment income) sufficient to cover housing costs
- No pets are allowed at this time
- Be physically and mentally capable of living independently without personal assistance
- Demonstrate a genuine commitment to making positive, lasting life changes
- Be able to live cooperatively in a shared living environment with minimal supervision
